If you start at the "Irongrove Retreat", cross the road southwards to the "Ambervale" and then turn right to Falanaar. Climb down to the "Falanaar Tunnels" by following the spider net and keep to the right. Go down the stairs and the opposite stairs up. Go to the end of the aisle and then down the stairs to the left. Na'zak the Fiend can be found in the right room.

It is inside the Faranaar Tunnels at 38.43 68.25 if you've done the Withered Army training it's the same map room that the biggest spider lady is in with all the eggs, if you don't have coords and you haven't done the army training it's the circle room on the tunnel map down in the left hand corner.
