Once inside, the ogre who drops your key (Turgall) is at the top of the ramp.
The mine entrance is at 29, 41. Once inside I recommend heading down the left tunnel first, killing taskmasters on the way to try and get Mulv's axes. Keep on heading up and around to find Turgall. Kill him, loot the key, keep on running off and over the edge; if you've got the axes by now, great go turn them in, if not keep killing taskmasters until you do, then turn it in.
