It's part of the defense of Wor'Gol storyline and required for the achievement "You'll get caught up in the...Frostfire!" Which I completed 11/14/14 -- yet the vendor for the housing decor item of tiny unicorns refuses to sell to me citing that I have not completed this quest. I want my tiny unicorns.

• Speak with [npc=76781] at coords 20.5, 51.6 and catch the wind runner taxi to Wor'gol, Frostfire Ridge.
