TheWoWDBDO NOT!, I repeat, DO NOT abandon this quest at any point before completion, as there is no background tracking for the missions completed like there is for the gold and garrison resources needed.
^ ^ When i first got the quest it made immediate note of me having completed 4/25 Treasure missions already, so i thought it'd been keeping track like an achievement would. Figured it worked to abandon it, make room in my quest log, and then pick it back up when i was ready for full completion. Testing Failed. Reset to 0/25. :[

Description
Our naval domination continues! However, we are going to need even more experience and resources to take this shipyard to the next level. Once we reach our goals, we can upgrade the capacity of the shipyard to hold even more ships!
