TheWoWDBAt the time of posting, the quest will show that the hand in is within Dalaran. This isn't the case, and was most likely to direct the player to the now removed portal that was once inside Dalaran. Darius is outside Kara as usual.

After completing the spider's quest (Return to Karazhan: Clearing Out the Cobwebs), you will be able to loot the Charred remains from Nightbane. The charred remains will give you the quest for the 875 ring.
If anyone else is as confused as I was about how to get Nightbane to appear for this quest, you have to do the One Night In Karazhan achievement.
