TheWoWDBIf you're having trouble finding the aspirants, a lot of them are suspended in the air with chains attached to the bottom of them that you have to kill to get them down to free them. Took me a minute to discover this so I thought I'd share.

Make a macro with /tar chain in order to find the chains of domination. They don't have a nameplate, so they're hard to find.
If you find one and can't see where it is, put a mark on it (Skull, cross, etc) and then look around and you will see it.
You will need to damage the chain, then the cage drops and you release the prisoner.
Do it 8 times. and that's it! :-)

Description
Now is our chance to free those we had assumed were lost! Many of our aspirants were seized by the Jailer to make troops for his army. Those that resisted him are locked in the cages that float above us, left there till their souls are broken. Shatter the Chains of Domination and free the Trapped Aspirants from the cages.
