As of 9/19/2021 if you did every assault since the launch of 9.1 you should be missing only "Courage of the Soul" quest.
I haven't seen 'Kill the Flame' since Shadowlands. I've checked every kyrian assault since dragonflight started, have everything else to do with assaults and korthia, and still don't have this one quest.
