TheWoWDBBe careful where you throw the spears at the Mawsworn Myrmidons. Doing the quest today, I had three of them sink halfway into the ground near an outcropping of rock, then leave combat and fly away. I also had a four of them start flying over an area where there was no ground after I hit them, and they just fell into the abyss. Neither of these situations gave me any credit for a kill. So I had to throw 13 spears to get credit for the quest.

I never realized this until just today, but as long as you have the quest and it's uncompleted, you can collect up to 10 spears at a time and use them on EVERYTHING repeatedly. They last an hour too! I used them on some really high health rares and it made a huge difference. Surprised this wasn't nerfed.
All unused spears will vanish when you turn in the quest but if you want,
you are still able to acquire new ones.

Description
The Forsworn that serve the Jailer dominate the skies above, but we know their weakness and shall use it against them. Under my direction Mikanikos has created a supply of Trueheart Spears for our Protectors. When hit by these spears the Mawsworn will be weakened with their soul laid bare as they face their true self. Collect the Trueheart Spears and use them to defeat the Mawsworn Myrmidons that fly above us.
