TheWoWDBReached renown 8 and there was no quest... all I needed to do was Relog and a Mask of Bwonsamdi appeared :) FYI incase anyone has the same issue!

The stone is in your bag.
When you use the stone it'll port you into a special instance of De Other Side.
All you need to do is have a short conversation with Bwonsamdi and then port out again, you won't be able to move from the spot where you spawned in.
Speak with Bwonsamdi to exit the instance.
Upon exit, I found myself outside the entrance to De Other Side, and not where I'd used the stone. Thought that was worth a mention.
