TL;DR- if Lady Moonberry vanishes after killing the snake, head to /way 66.67, 55.65 to continue.
I killed the snake loa while in a group. While starting to read the follow-up quest, Report to the Queen, my group got disbanded and Lady Moonberry vanished. I looked at my map and it said that there was an available quest waiting for me on the spot where I was standing, but there was no one around. I relogged twice and the NPC didn't re-appear, so I started running back to Hibernal Hollow to fly back to the Heart of the Forest to see if anything showed up there. On the way there, I happened across Lady Moonberry (/way 66.67,55.65) again and she had the quest for me.

Description
Mueh'zala's forces are routed, and it's only a matter of time before the Wild Hunt completely purges them from Ardenweald. But something tells me that the struggle between Bwonsamdi and Mueh'zala is far from over. That creepy little mask has gone silent... You should hurry back to the Heart of the Forest and report to the Winter Queen. She will decide what we do next.
