On Eagle's Wings

On Eagle's Wings is a quest for level 10-45 in Trueshot Lodge. It is step 1 of 8 in The Unseen Path storyline, the opening step. It rewards 1,550 experience and money.

Description

Since ancient times, my order has stood vigil on these Broken Isles, watching for the Legion's return. Only a handful of us remain... but that changes today.

The artifact you hold is more than a weapon. It is a symbol that will unite hunters of all kingdoms and creeds.

I'm sure you have questions. Meet me at the Trueshot Lodge in Highmountain and see with your own eyes what awaits us. Snowfeather and I will make our own way there.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the quest's prerequisites.

  • Hunter to HunterLevel 10-45

Now that you wield Thas'dorah, it's time to learn more about the night elf who set you on this journey I suggest returning to the Hunter's Reach shop where you met my courier. Whoever this Emmarel Shadewarden is, it seems she has some part to play in the war against the Legion.

  • The Spear in the ShadowLevel 10-45

Many years ago, a corrupted nightsaber hunted my people. Our chieftain, Dorro Highmountain, took Talonclaw and pursued the beast, but never returned. I have heard tales of a fearsome nightsaber that now stalks the mists of Stormheim. My brother and I believe this to be our ancient foe.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Unseen PathTrueshot Lodge · Level 10-45

For a thousand years, the Unseen Path has watched and waited. We remained few in number, quietly acting behind the scenes when Azeroth needed us. Only a select few even knew our group existed. But the time for lingering in the shadows is over.
