I just thought it was worth adding, If you drop this quest the starting location will appear wrong on your map.

It will appear as if the quest starts on the Windswept Terrace, But it actually starts in the small village (You can see it on the map) North-east of there.

To get into this quest chain you've to do at least these quest chains:

1. Legacy of the Apexis

2. Ritual Severance

3. Cult of the Ravenspeakers - Once you've turned in the last quest of this quest chain, you'll get Call of the Raven Mother and then get " On Ebon Wings "

I think that is it. I'm not entirely sure if the quest chains are longer though.

Description

Now we bring our fight to the Adherents. Raastok is certain his new invention will give us control of the Apexis weapons, but we must get close - very close. Ka'alu and her ravens will fly us to the Windswept Terrace. We shall gain a foothold there before pressing on to the Terrace of Dawn.
