Entrance to cave where you find him is 15.83, 27.41
There is a Gloomfur Sasquatch inside waiting with Lukh. Main damage is pulverize which I just interrupted with Typhoon. After he died, Lukh shows up behind, then runs off.
This quest is a reference to Star Wars. The name of the dwarf you are saving, [npc=190887], is a clear parody of Luke Skywalker. You rescue him from a yeti in a cave, which is a similar situation to Luke and the wampa in the beginning of Empire Strikes Back.

Description
Ach! Have ye seen me assistant, Lukh? The kid wanted a moment to look 'round, but he's been gone for an hour! I told him it ain't safe here and to nae walk far, but the kid has a head as thick as a ram's. I can nae say I blame him. it's pretty out here, and he has a thing for flowers. Could ye help me find 'em? They need me and the wagon back at Three-Falls Lookout!
