I had to complete this drop quest to get the achievement because of several quests that weren't obtainable having gotten Loremaster prior to 4.0.
If you are stuck at 44/45 quests for your Feralas Quests achievement towards Loremaster, this is the one you need. Kill the yetis til the quest item drops. Turn in, get cheev.

Considering that Jangdor Swiftstrider at Stonemaul Hold is in the market for yeti hides, this particular one may be of considerable interest to him.
