Tip for soloing: You can stay at Seeker's Vista and wait for Pest Remover Mk. II to have circled its island enough to be visible from Seeker's Vista. Then you can pull it to Seeker's Vista, and the Tortollan guards at the Vista will help you fight it. (Note that any other players who might be there will probably join in too.)

Went there and wasn’t anything there, had to run back towards the FP and the WQ picked up. When I ran back, it was there.
