Proof of Strength: Botani Bloom indeed drops from [npc=82393], however since you're strong at L50 and your bodyguard from [spell=163869] will not hit anything, even with [item=137663]. Just die, get rez sickness, use [spell=163869] and then hit once then let your bodyguard will take care of the rest, do not use [item=137663].
