TheWoWDB15th March 2022, no chest anywhere to be found. The quest marker points towards the inside of a stone pillar, with no chest being anywhere near or on top of it. If you're angry or upset at Blizzards QA team, just remember that they don't have one.

As of 20:57 EU Server Time the chest is up and I was able to complete the world quest. Seems to have been fixed!
Do you really have to put crates in inaccessible places? Is it so fun that you can't get in alone? Someone is sitting and laughing? WTF
