Firm wouldn't offer me this quest until I invested 1 point in Metrial Core systems first. Once I did that, Firim gave me the quest. Hope this helps.
I'm on this quest, have the Cyphers required, but I already have the node unlocked and there is no option to <inspect the console>. I'm stuck on what to do to fix it.
