This quest is actually given at the Sentinel Basecamp; not The Incursion. Kang Bramblestaff is located at 25.15 34.55 at the Sentinel Basecamp. However, I think you have to do the quest chain(s) to clear the incursion first.
There is no options to choose your rewards for these quests. It looks like you'll be given the reward appropriate for your class.

Depending on how you do quests in this area of MoP this quest will be phased out.
I just got help from a GM about this, I was phased out from the quest giver.
Only had http://www.wowdb.com/quests/30462-into-the-wilds Quest to do, but even the NPC to turn that quest in to was not available for me at all.
I had done all other quests in this area that I could find. The GM made some magic after a ticked and pushed the into the wilds quest as complete and possible something else as well and the npc's popped back up.
Also asked if I had started to quest partways through the area before I switched faction (very likely, don't remember)
But it can have something to do with it as well.
Anyways a ticket to GM is recommended if you got phased out like me and unable to complete the achievement. And now..... World Domination!
As of this moment I am unable to complete this quest, along with a few others in this zone due to phasing bugs.
A ticket was no help as I was told that "this is a problem on the developer side". No Loremaster for me.

What to do
Description
Mogu do NOT use arcane magics. They are thugs. They have always been thugs. Only when they ruled their empires in the old stories did they ever know any kind of magic. But these mogu are using arcane portals and old artifacts. We need to stop them! {name}, look for any artifacts the mogu are using to cast their magics with. I saw piles of these items being collected near the Ruins of Korja south of here.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- No Sister Left Behind
We were searching the ruins south of here when the mogu fell upon us out of nowhere. Some of us were able to retreat to this encampment but many others were captured. The mogu have also caught a number of the Horde who happened to be in the area as well.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Sever Their Supply Line
The mogu reclaimers are using portals to connect to Kun-Lai Summit, bringing in reinforcements and supplies. What is worse, they are sending their captives through these portals. Go to the Ruins of Korja and destroy as many of these Korjan Reclaimers as you can find.
