I had a bit of trouble with this at first since the area was heavily populated and I couldn't see the mobs I needed until they respawned.

They are called Captive Sentinel, and you right click them to free them. You can do this while mounted and it will not dismount you.

Ha! So my father just wasted twenty years of our lives on a fool's errand! I'm taking charge. When Tyrande sent us here she was very specific that we not come back until we find the source of the Light that she saw in her visions. It's obvious now that the Pools of Youth were not it.

Mogu do NOT use arcane magics. They are thugs. They have always been thugs. Only when they ruled their empires in the old stories did they ever know any kind of magic. But these mogu are using arcane portals and old artifacts. We need to stop them!
