Fury of Thrayir is in right chamber before the room you first got the ring. At the bottom of the stairs between 2 mobs. Same room as rare [npc=227550].
Keys of Thrayir is in the left chamber before the last room. It is at the top.
Cyrce and the Galeorn is in the room where you first picked up the ring, at the back. While you're in there, if you haven't picked it up yet, grab The Tattered Journal
I can see the turn in point on MAP, but there is no NPC to turn into...
NVM, I was in a strom, once I left storm NPC was visible.

Description
My curiosity is still not terminated, {name}. I would like to know more about these vrykul and why they came to this land. <Bargus's wiry brows knit together and his mustache bristles as he thinks.> The tablets you found were by far the best source of information on the vrykul and whoever this "Cyrce" is. Perhaps there are additional tablets we missed? I have my ordained duties here, but please examine them and report back to me.
