TheWoWDBDo NOT do this quest while you have the one to go kill Zanzil the Outcast! While his event is going on, most of the mobs are phased out. the only one who will spawn while you're doing that is the one in the northernmost nook of the structure.

Not the greatest of quests. 37% Drop rate from Zanzil Witch Doctors. Of which aren't plentiful. Killed one, didn't drop, waited 10 mins for another to appear...dropped off 2nd mob.
Yeah, only the witch doctors drop these, and they are few and far between. Frustrating.

Description
Did you see that explosion I made? I must have flown 10 inches off the ground! I've just got to get Zanzil's recipe so I can find out why it did that. One of Zanzil's flunkies at the Ruins of Aboraz must have it on him. Head east, to the coast of the Cape, and snatch it for me!
