TheWoWDBIt seems that the Tigress and Shadowmaw share a spawn point now. If you can't find any tigresses, just kill all the panthers you can find, and wait for respawn. You should get some tigresses.

Actually, I meant how am i to get eligible to interract with the goblin, in order for me to be offered the quest, in first place. At the moment I am stuck at 57/60 quests done At Cape of ST, and I know this Flem Gizzix holds the last few, but for some reason, he wont be giving them away to the ones who complete Hadwrenched Hideaway quests before visiting Bambala to the North first. Instead, if you let HH q's intact and go to Bambala, at some point the flight master there will offer you a free ride to HH. And when you arrive there, you will find Gizzix ... willing to assign you with the first task, this holy water quest. carefull guys, that's the way it should be done if you wanna get the Cape achievement and not get stuck the way me and few others did. (Still waiting for Blizzard's response on this issue).

Description
I see clearly now... the key to identifying this mysterious talisman revolves around obtaining some rare and precious items. These Primal Reagents of Power, when properly combined, will reveal to us the origin of our treasure. Travel north, to the western side of the Gurubashi Arena, and hunt the cats that roam the jungle. Their fleecy furs will lead us to the truth!
