TheWoWDBToday I could not get Reese to follow me, despite having interacted with him and this showing as "1 / 1 Speak with Reese" in the Quest tracker ; I logged off and back on, also disabled all add-ons, reloaded UI, left WQ area then came back, nothing worked.
So I went through the WQ area looking for Juicy Clues ( /tar juicy) and each would give me 14% information collection. They can be on buildings top floors and roofs.
Also a Mysterious Boot on the top floor at
/way 56.4 38.9
popped an Information-Stuffed Clue mob for 18% information collection

Untranslated Tome: /way 54.97, 36.73. Hidden in a room in the Lost Atheneum section of Forbidden Reach, the entrance is underneath a damaged bridge. /way 55.12, 39.11.
Sun-Bleached Vase: /way 55.43, 46.48. In the river. Credit to dutchrend1 for the find.
Mysterious Boot: /way 56.35, 38.82. As JonGhost52 mentioned, it's on the upper floor of a broken building.
It took a little bit for the NPC to spawn, the quest marker shows that its underground but truely it is not. The quest is the same as before in quest line where u use the foxxy NPC to gather stuff and click on the green fox running around.
