The quest marker showed in the center of Heart of the Forest, Moonberry was actually outside near the cooking trainer.

This quest that appears to be inside Heart of the Forest is ACTUALLY given to you by Lady Moonberry who is located outside by the cooking trainer @ 49,52. If you're inside the Heart of the Forest, take the EASTERN exit. Head left to your 11 o'clock-ish (northwest) and she will appear on your minimap any second.
tl;dr go to 49,52 to accept this quest.
Anyone have issues with getting this quest? Completed the previous quest Support the Court then have been unable to accept this quest to get the renown level. Seems to be broken for me. Was below 60 when I started it and completed it at 60 and cant get this part for the renown.

What to do
Description
I wish you could stay and relax here, maybe enjoy a play at the Star Lake Amphitheater, but there's simply no time! There are other realms out there that need your help, too. You will always be a friend of the Court, but I'm afraid you must return to Oribos. The Shadowlands needs you!

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
