Rhino Mastery: The Kill

Rhino Mastery: The Kill is a quest for level 20-30 in Sholazar Basin. It is step 19 of 65 in the Sholazar Basin storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Sholazar Basin at 27.1, 58.7. It rewards 4 reward items, 5,150 experience and money.

Description

Now that we know where to find Farunn, all that remains is the battle against the great beast. Are you ready to take on this rhino, <name>? For all the spirit's blustering, I'm certain it was telling the truth about the beast's strength.

When you're ready to face him, head north past the Suntouched Pillar and look for Farunn on the northeast shore of the Bittertide Lake. It may even venture near the Glimmering Pillar. Bring back its horn to commemorate your kill.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Crocolisk Mastery: The AmbushSholazar Basin · Level 20-30

The largest crocolisk in the basin, known around here as "Bushwhacker" for his ambush prowess, likes to sun himself in the shallow waters of River's Heart. It's the large lake at the basin's center, and is to the east of our camp.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Taste TestSholazar Basin · Level 20-30

And now for the moment of truth! <Grimbooze chuckles.> I've always wanted to say that. Normally, I'd debut a new drink at a banquet, but we can't have one in the middle of the jungle. Instead, just take samples to a few trusted friends and return with their comments.
