TheWoWDBThe drink for this quest, Secret Strength Of The Frenzyheart, disappears if you leave Sholazar Basin. Fortunately, you are able to pick up a replacement from Grimbooze should this happen; no more need to drop and re-start!
Also, note: you do not need to be under the effect of the drink to get your Sparktouched kills. I got credit for the quest without even having created the brew, let alone drunk it. But the brew needs to be turned in with the quest.

So then to put this all together, drinking Secret Strength of the Frenzyheart will
- reduce all damage you take by 50%,
- deal an extra 2775 to 3225 physical damage on top of all attacks (subject to mitigation),
- knock back all victims of your attacks, and
- heavily intoxicate you.
It seems you no longer need to go see Grimbooze Thunderbrew, or mix the drink with the berries; I was given the drink ready to use upon getting the quest.

We have berries we keep from other lands we came from... they not so special on their own, but mix them with drunk drinks and they make Frenzyheart super strong. You a Frenzyheart now... it time you get to be strong too. I give some drink, then you be super strong and you go smash all the spark big-tongues.
