Go to the bottom of the cave at 53.14 (Magmoth)

Kaganishu is just outside the room where Farseer Grimwalker's Spirit is, behind a corner. Kill him and loot the Kaganishu's Fetish. Go back to Farseer Grimwalker's Spirit and kill the three shamans around him. Now use the fetish on Farseer Grimwalker's Spirit. Pick up the remains and go back to the camp.

Kaganishu is an old reference to the beginning demons of Diablo 2, where they often only said "Rakanishu!" as their only word when attacking or appearing on screen. The kobolds move and act in a similar manner to these demons, hence the reference this quest gives. In fact, the Vision of Air quest has Kaganishu utter "KAGANISHU!" as he zaps the unsuspecting Shaman with lightning. Quite a funny sight. :)

If you exit the room where Farseer Grimwalker's Spirit is go straight ahead (or slightly to the left, depending on your perspective). There are 3 Shaman in that room and Kaganishu is in that room right around the corner (enter the room and look to the back right corner).

As of patch 3.0.3 he is on an approx 1.5 min respawn timer according to the in game stopwatch after I killed him. The Shaman however are on about a 25-30 second respawn timer. I assume this is because of release and the timers will be toned down but use caution because just like the rest of this cave it is easy to get trapped by respawns.

Description

After my small force of grunts were killed, I was dragged down here and ritually murdered. The snobold who did this is known as Kaganishu. Though you have vanquished his shaman helpers, my spirit is still tethered to this place. After he slew me, he created a fetish from my body, which anchors me here. Kaganishu is using it to learn all that I know of shamanism. You must retrieve the fetish from him and use it upon my spirit. Kaganishu is nearby in the caves. Only then will I truly be free.
