Right now you will need to complete the prerequisites to interact with the forge and turn in the schematic quests

It would be amazing if they didn't slap a huge question mark on your map, meaning you have done everything needed, when you haven't done everything needed. Just having the prerequisites to turn in the quest as part of the quest objectives would have been a lot clearer. Now we need to wait days of research, because time gate, with the question mark there.
