blizz made a little typo on this quest. He says that "Any unliving creature, save those that Sylvanas has redeemed, that steps foot in the dragonshrine falls to dust." Death Knights are Undead as well, but we still don't fall to dust, and save for forsaken DKs, we haven't been redeemed by Sylvanas.
For those without coords, it's basically almost directly south of Wyrmrest temple, look for a green area on the map. Entrance to the area is at 62, 67. Make sure you pick up the quest from Nishera the Garden Keeper while there. http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?quest=12454
Incidentally the 2nd quest fron Nishera is a two-person quest, which you can certainly try to solo, but to avoid repair bills bring a friend. :)

What to do
Description
We need more weapons in the fight against the Scourge. The natural properties of the Emerald Dragonshrine to the southeast may be the answer. Any unliving creature, save those that Sylvanas has redeemed, that steps foot in the dragonshrine falls to dust. I want to test a theory, and I want you to be my instrument in doing so, young {race}. Go to the Emerald Dragonshrine and take the seeds from the emerald lashers therein.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Plume of Alystros
I can feel that the shrine is not completely back in balance. The verdant keeper has been angered by our actions, and I sense that he will not listen to reason. Alystros is an immense skytalon who perches at the south end of the Emerald Dragonshrine.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- That Which Creates Can Also Destroy
Since we only have three seeds, we must put them to the best possible use.
