The Deaths of Chromie

You have 15 minutes until Chromie die, so investigate shrines across Draginblight and attacks from instances. If cant realise what to do:
Attacks from shrines:

• Azure dragonblight - slay elementals and loot [item=151141]. When got 50, combine them to [item=150941].
  You'll get Voidcallers' Scroll quest, fly to floating disc, turn it in and defeat [npc=122553]. Loot [item=150943] to open portal to Hyjal.
• 
  
• Ruby dragonblight - slay three elites in the shrine, loot three [item=150939] and combine to [item=150940].
  You'll get Soul Crystal quest, fly to the cave in a tree, turn it in and defeat [npc=122874]. Loot [item=150946] to open portal to The Culling of Stratholme.

• Emerald dragonblight - slay mobs to collect 10 [item=151167] and 8 [item=151168] and combine to [item=151166]. Use it and slay two mobs that channeling to a tree protector. There are three protectors in the shrine, so you have to to that three times. After that you'll get The Ancients' Wisdom. Turn it in near the water next to a bone hand, slay [npc=122875] and loot [item=150945] to open the portal to Andoral.

• Obsidian dragonblight - get through the cave and defeat [npc=122528]. Loot [item=150938] and get out of the cave. Turin in Demonic Corestone when leaved and slay [npc=122871].
  Loot Fel-Touched Chronoshard to be able to open the portal to Well of Eternity.

Attacks from instances:

• The Well of Eternity just run it from the end to the entrance and slay [npc=123721]

• Mount Hyjal - get close to Chromie's body and slay few waves of mobs.
• 
  
• Battle for Andoral - during Sky Ablaze With Cannonfire quest you have to defeat enormous gun. It has 80% damage reduction and the same chance to avoid damage.
  There are few elites (such as [npc=124101]) that drops items to disable those buffs. There are also war-captains which drop [item=151370]. Use that to destroy the cannon faster.

• The culling of Stratholme - you have to finish quests: Smoke, Meat, and Pretty Flowers, Yeah, Definitely for the Kids, [quest=47746],
  [quest=47750] and [quest=47747]. As you done run through the scenario as you run through the instance in CoT. Slay [npc=123836] in the end.

I just want to take this moment to say how thankful I am for the existence of Wowhead. Saves me so much time from doing quests that reward me with things that I don't actually want. A hearty salute to all of you out there going through all the nonsense and then sharing your knowledge with the rest of us.

As of Battle For Azeroth 8.2, this scenario can still be completed at level 120. I was able to get Chromie Homie which grants the "Timelord" title after about 2 hours of farming (and always selecting the rep buffs from [item=151493]). You do not have to complete the entire Chromie talent tree in order to complete the scenario. The talents I chose were [order-advancement=542], [order-advancement=536], and [order-advancement=538] (which takes 24 hours to research, and by the time it had completed researching, I had already farmed my way to Exalted/Timelord with Chromie, so I switched to [spell=245604] and fortunately once you've completed the research time for one talent within that tier, you can immediately switch back and forth between the two talent choices in the same tier. I was in the process of researching [order-advancement=540] when I started another attempt at the scenario, intended to simply be a loot run as I was pinning all the locations of the chests when I happened to luckily loot the skips for 2 of the 4 chronoportals and 1 of the dragonshrines and rushed through to complete the scenario about 10 seconds after the 15-minute timer had run out (so I was operating on Stolen Time at that point). Once you have saved Chromie from all 8 threats, the countdown stops and you are able to farm the mobs and chests (which WILL respawn).

My suggestions:

• If you just want the Timelord title, choose rep buffs from [item=151493] (always the left-hand choice) and kill lots of creatures within the scenario. You could easily fly around to the 4 dragonshrines in Dragonblight and farm mobs/chests in 15-minute intervals until you get to exalted/Timelord with Chromie. Once you earn Chromie Homie, you've got the title. No need in trying to save Chromie from all 8 threats. At 120, you don't really even have to research any talents unless you just want to speed things up a bit. I hadn't even completed researching the tier-3 [order-advancement=538] by the time I got to exalted/Timelord with Chromie.

• If you're trying to complete the scenario to save Chromie from all 8 threats and earn the transmog set, then choose the right-hand option on [item=151493] UNLESS the left-hand option is [item=151550] because this box contains the Chronoportal skips. The right-hand side buffs can stack to 10 which means you could have 100% movement increase/damage and healing increase/damage reduction depending on what choices you can make when using [item=151493].

• If you're farming for the pets ([item=151828] and [item=151829]), then farm the scenario for [item=151493] and choose the left-hand option [item=151482] when available. Otherwise, choose the left-hand rep buffs if you're going for the achievement/title, and choose the right-hand options for buffs/Dragonshrine skips.
