TheWoWDBFor those that didn't know, this quest line was a dedication to a one Brad Bridenbecker, brother to Rob Bridenbecker VP of Online Technologies. Brad had suffered from cancer and was an avid WoW player. His brother requested some memorial be set up for his brother and Chris Metzen, along with others, thought up this quest line to immortalize his battle with cancer within our beloved fantasy realm.
Hats off to you, Blizzard, Chris Metzen, and the whole Bridenbecker family. As a childhood cancer survivor myself, you have my utmost respect and loyalty to your honor and vision. You've truly epitomized the struggle of one going through the sickness, the battle, in the most accurate way possible, and bring honor to all of us who have suffered, and have watched those who have suffered, the same battle.

What to do
Description
The dragon-queen, Alexstrasza, possesses magics over all life. In the past, she has used great fire to incinerate undead and rebirth fresh new life in their place. Perhaps her powers might be able to save our Bridenbrad as well. Alexstrasza makes her home at Wyrmrest Temple in Dragonblight - please go to her and humbly request her aid on my behalf.
