Description

The Tidemistress has slunk back into the cracks of the ruins and is shielding herself with her most vile serpents. <Toryl hands you a scepter> I would never normally hand this over to a stranger, much less a {race}, but you have proven yourself capable at slaying these serpents. It will help you. Break it or lose it and I will have your head.
