What the other poster forgot to say is that the cave is up a hill. Path starts @ 32.4 67. Entrance @ 32.1 69.1 and yes, two mobs to the right of it sleeping. Also make sure to pick up the And the Elekk Too? quest to the right of the big cat.
Sher'khaan is in the cave south-west of the questgiver. You know you're in the right place (located up the mountain) when you see 2 Sharpfang Stalkers outside

Description
The tigers here have gotten out of control! They're everywhere and meaner than ever! Sher'khaan is the worst of them! He's huge and mean! Maybe a brave adventurer like you could take care of Sher'khaan and the other tigers once and for all.
