TheWoWDBI went to see Archmage Pentarus, their was no exclamation mark or question mark above his head, then I drop the quest which I got it earlier from the adventure guide.Then yellow exclamation mark appeared above his head, I took the quest , " Where in the world is Hemet Nesingwary? "

Still a buggy quest as of this morning. Same solution, abandon the adventure guide quest and Pentarus will offer you the same quest in person on the Dalaran flight pad.
Drop the quest and Archmage Pentarus should have a exclamation point appear above his head. It's still buggy.

Description
Hemet Nesingwary was last heard from leading an expedition into the jungle depths of Sholazar Basin. His expedition has not been heard from since. Monte Muzzleshot is a pilot who was dispatched to provide them supplies, but he hasn't returned, either. Archmage Pentarus in Dalaran is standing by with a flying machine to take you to the last known location of Monte Muzzleshot.
