This is incorrect. Once you reach honored, you can no longer turn in firewing signets at all. I just hit honored last night and the only turn in options I have now are for sunfury signets.

The part abt the reputation is wrong since on the single item q u lose 27, 28, 27, 28... for each item you deliver. that makes 275 after 10 items. But indeed speeds up the proccess a bit

Turning in 10 separately gives the same amount of rep each as turning in 10 all at once, however you lose slightly less Aldor rep by turning in 10 at once:
Turn in 10: +250 Scryer, -275 Aldor
Turn in 1: +25 Scryer, -28 Aldor(lvl 65 gnome, friendly with Scryers)
Reward details
Reputation: The Scryers +25
Voren'thal the Seer leads the dissident blood elves who've rejected Kael'thas' path to power. They've joined forces with the naaru of Shattrath City, much to the dismay of the Aldor.
Reputation group: Shattrath City.
Other quests in Shattrath City that reward The Scryers reputation: Voren'thal's Visions (+250), More Basilisk Eyes (+250), Losing Gracefully (+75), Firewing Signets (+250), More Firewing Signets (+250), Synthesis of Power (+350).
