If you accidentally one shot all of the blood elf party, Image of Nexus-Prince Haramad will respawn with the next part of the quest chain in about 8 minutes.
Rogue does the quest, but does not turn it in with A'dal. Rogue gets permanent port to shatt from stormspire. Rogue hearths in Stormspire and is always first to the summon stone plus has easy access to socrethar's place for mining and herb farming.
Rogue is happy.

Simply step through it and you will be transported there. Give the crystal to the naaru known as A'dal on the Terrace of Light. May the trade winds be at your back.
