TheWoWDBHere's a script to display the status of showing each of the snails to [npc=201752] for the Snailspiration quests. It's split up into three separate commands due to line length limitations. It's also handy for making an in-game list of which snails count.

I had issues figuring this out, you have to bring out your level 25 Rusty, then click on Briggul and select
<Show Briggul your level 25 Rusty Snail>
That allows you to complete it.
I just found myself stuck, I wasnt able to get the quests, even when presenting to Briggul. It turned out I needed to complete Pay to Play and Favor on the Side given by Brogg the Beast at 43.8, 83.0.
