EDIT: Update: the breadcrumb quest can be gotten at the Temple of Elune without any other Val'sharah quest being done.
[npc=94383] located not far enough, you can fin it at 36.6 57.6, there it's sitting on the rock. Turn in the quest, you'll be awarded with [item=133812], if you are on the Nomi's quest, this one recipe will be good.

Description
