I just did this today on two different characters. The first few times I had the rare up mentioned in some previous comments relating to this particular item and the quest item didn't pop up. 3rd time, a different rare was up and it did drop. Logged on to another character and yet another different rare was up and it also dropped again. So, the ONLY thing that seems to need to be necessary is that the Keepers of the Grove DO need to be the primary druids present, but it DOES NOT appear to be a particular elite rare. Any of them should drop the quest item.

Edited to add that yes it HAS to be VERDANT WILDS and specifically the Keepers of the Grove druids. NOT the furbogs or the dryads.

Description
