   After 3-6 hours you can take a quest Mission Report: Swiftwind Post.
   If you had full bags, check your post for the item

6. Following quest Swiftwind Post is to go and build outpost.
   Outpost is located in Drustvar (South-east at 66.15 59.52)

   This steps unlocks windrider in Drustvar <= map

8. Now you have to wait for the next Rare follower mission [mission=2094] to pop up
   After 3-6 hours you get [item=163193] Mission Report: Nature Calls quest.

10. Following quest Wicker Magic is upgrade outpost quest for this outpost

Thanks, does Blizzard let us know this in any way shape or form while questing? I've brought five alts over so far, none of them have ever seen a quest to purchase an outpost upgrade. I only came here because my Rogue was walking (stealthing) around Wayward Thicket and ran across an area called Swiftwind Post. As the name implied there was a "post" here I looked around and found nothing. This explains the flight path I keep seeing on the Flight Master's map but could never find [npc=140772].
