The Wolf's Den

Here is how this works:

1. 
   
2. You buy [item=162530] from [npc=135447] (The Honorbound emissary)
   /way Zuldazar:Zandalar 58.06 62.66 The Honorbound Ransa Greyfeather
   /way Dazar'Alor:Zuldazar 50.08 99.66 Ransa Greyfeather
   
3. 
   
4. It unlocks follower mission [mission=1880] ([item=161121])
   After 3-6 hours you can take a quest Mission Report: The Wolf's Den.
   If you had full bags, check your post for the item
5. 
   
6. Following quest The Wolf's Den is to go and build outpost.
   Outpost is located in Tiragarde Sound (North at 62.23 13.42)
   /way Tiragarde Sound 62.23 13.42 Wolf's Den
   This steps unlocks windrider in Tiragarde Sound <= map
   
7. 
   
8. Now you have to wait for the next Rare follower mission [mission=1957] to pop up
   After 3-6 hours you get [item=163507] Mission Report: Wolves For The Den quest.
   
9. 
   
10. Following quest Wolves for the Den is upgrade outpost quest for this outpost

This seems to be bugged. After discovering the flight path i can freely fly FROM there but never TO the location.

Same issue with the outpost in drustvar.

How the hell do I get to Kul Tiras as horde? I got this quest but captain won't let me sail anywhere? So how am I supposed to get to Tiragarde to complete this quest if I can't sail there? So tired of unlocking these things on all my alts... I Cant keep these questlines in my head I just wanna get to kul tiras and I already have a major headache from trying for over two hours...
