   This steps unlocks windrider in Tiragarde Sound <= map

8. Now you have to wait for the next Rare follower mission [mission=2092] to pop up
   After 3-6 hours you get [item=163184] Mission Report: Spare Parts quest.

10. Following quest Spare Parts is upgrade outpost quest for this outpost
