If you want to collect this funny piglet [npc=139770] you have to travel to Drustvar.
To find Taptaf travel to the southern coast of Drustvar to 67.8 79.3 spot.
There you will find a road that heads to a house where Taptaf and [npc=131735].
If you listen to [npc=131735] monologue you'll realise what happened here.
Kill [npc=131735]. After killing [npc=139770] will give you the quest Taptaf the Pig!.
Here we go, another cute pet added to your collection.

Idej the Wise seems to follow the Zatara School of Magery. If you read his spell attempts backwards, you get rather amusing results.
