Sweete's Orders is an Alliance-only quest for level 20-60 in Drustvar. It rewards 1 reputation reward and money.
<Tucked into the pages of the captain's logbook is a letter bearing the seal of Harlon Sweete.
It looks like these pirates have been ordered by Sweete to cause further disruption to House Waycrest.
Lucille should be notified of this immediately!>

Maybe I'm a bit slow, but after picking up this quest for the third time in a row (on alts), I started to wonder why this quest is even here. It doesn't connect with anything, it doesn't further the story in any way and Harlon Sweete isn't aiming for Waycrest, he's going after Proudmore with Ashvane.
Lucille Waycrest can also be found at Arom's Stand in Drustvar, inside a building at 36.89 50.14
