TheWoWDBAt 20% Terokk becomes Immune to all attacks, and you'll see a blue flare shortly afterward, where a bomb will drop down. Drag Terokk into the flame to break his shield. He'll become enraged but you'll be able to kill him.
The Ancient Skull Pile respawns after roughly ~15 minutes following a party killing Terokk.

Learned this the hard way...the summoner of Terokk MUST remain in the circle for him to not fade away right after you summon him. Blew the jar, what a waste.

I would've faced a mutiny in my current state if I endorsed your efforts to bring Terokk to this world. Take the items that Hazzik prepared for you and go ahead with your plan.
