TheWoWDBTo do this daily you have to look out for egg sacs on the ground that look like stones. Not the actual hatchlings you might find running about the place. When you find a stone, use your torch quest item on it and you will get credit for killing the hatchlings.

Okay, these spiders are seriously creeping me out. Especially those egg sacs they leave lying around that I keep accidentally stepping on only to be covered in very little but very creepy spiderlings. Ug, makes me shudder just thinking about it. I say you burn them. Burn them all.
