TheWoWDBHad the same problem as a priest. You have to tuen in the quest to Alonsus Faol, who is a follower of yours. If you don't see him at the classhall, he is likely on a mission. Wait until he completes the mission, get the rewards, leave and re-enter your class hall. alonsus will be there and you can turn in the quest.
