The Beginner's Brew

If you can't find the NPCs you need in Halfhill, you can find them at the below locations:

Haohan Mudclaw - 45, 34
Gina Mudclaw - 53, 52 (right across from quest giver)
Fish Fellreed - 41, 30
Farmer Fung - 48, 34

All you need to do is go to them than talk to them. One of the options to select is the item you need to complete quest.

[npc=58647] asks you to do this:

Except for [npc=58706], the others ([npc=57298], [npc=57402], [npc=58705]) may not be at Halfhill Market (see NPC pages).

At least for me, this quest unlocked when I attained Buddy reputation with Ella.
