Quest has now been changed so that you have to beat the final boss after getting the Soulweave thing. I guess Blizz got sick of everyone stealth soloing the quests.
The [item=118620] in the West wing where you kill Vigilant Kaathar. In the bosses room, it is located on the left (west) side just off of the main platform on one of the little "triangles".

Description
Greetings, and my thanks for the warmth of this inn and your hospitality. As you can see, this malady of death continues to plague me. My studies on Azeroth and in Northrend met with little luck, and all of my leads ran dry. I have come to Draenor in the hope of finding something, anything, to go on. My first pilgrimage will be to Auchindoun, a house where souls are put at ease. If you should head there yourself, do let me know if you should happen upon anything of interest.
Getting there
Inside the dungeon: Auchindoun
Auchindoun is the holy mausoleum of the draenei, a sanctum of the Light in which the spirits of the dead find respite. The crystalline structure also serves to protect and shield draenei souls from their eternal enemies: the Burning Legion, who hunger eternally for draenei spirits.
